- The Kitchen -

The kitchen is located in the attic of the house and has a surface area of approximately 20 sqm. Available: hob with an oven, cooking worktop in marble, fridge, table and chairs in solid wood, cupboard, Fireplace with firewood burning stove.

From the kitchen access directly onto a large terrace overlooking the sea, covered with a pergola and furnished with a table in lava stone and wrought iron chairs. In a corner of the terrace is a barbecue. The kitchen can be attached either to a room with a maximum of 4 persons and/or two rooms with a maximum 6 persons.

- Breakfast Room -

Breakfast (self-service) is prepared in the breakfast lounge; the room is provided with exit to the terrace-garden with a shadey lemon grove, where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the sea and breakfast in the open air. The room also has a communal refrigerator.

- Terrace -

The terrace is located outside the proprietor's home. It has a splendid view over the sea, the peninsula of Conca dei Marini and Praiano. On it you can socialize with the proprietor and his family.

- Outside -

The House is surrounded by gardens planted with lawns and vineyards. Each room has a private lawn equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and benches.
